Custom Refridgerator Doors (After Images)
The owners chose to have a new sub-zero refrigerator installed in their new kitchen. The refrigerator doors were created to match the new cabinets. The special hardware was a style chosen by the owner to bring in the modern look and to tie-the colors of the countertop and cabinets together.
All the other appliances were black, to match the dark countertop and hardware.

Solid Surface Counter Tops (After Images)
Although the new space is to be used as a rental unit, things like solid surface counter tops, custom cabinets, stainless fixtures and tile flooring were important to give it the overall appeal the owner felt it deserved.

Kitchen Island (After Images)
blineconstruction.com While there was a lot of new countertop space, the owners wanted an Island created in order to give that final extra amount of work space.
Can lights were installed in the ceiling. New lights were
installed in the dining nook.
The owners decided to have Granite countertops installed with a full tile backsplash.
The cabinets were rift red oak cabinets that had high performance tempered glass installed at the top portion of the upper cabinets. The interior of the cabinets were lined with white melamine.
